I have just found out that we'll be playing a trio setting.
Now that you know that I will be on a cd, we are coming up with a name for our quartet/trio. We're not sure which yet.
Quartet:
The 100 String Quartet- 3 violins and 1 piano
Trio:
The M.A.X. Trio- for the first letter of all our middle initials.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
I have just been invited to be on a cd with some friends. I'm so excited. My very first cd.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to my decission. I have choosen flute. Partially because my dad said I would have to practice trumpet and trombone in the garage. But I can already play many songs very well. It's a peice of cake. A walk in the park.
Tomorrow, or Wednesday December 20, isd when I get my new instrument hopefully. But I'm having second thoughts not about if I should get one, but if I should get a flute, trumpet, or trombone. I if I get any money for Christmas am thinking about getting a flute. Most people say that it's a girlly instrument, but one of the greatest flute players that lived was a guy and his first name was Daniel. And it sounds really good with the violin.
My cello has undergone a terrible tradgedy. Is that how you spell that? Anyways I am an un experienced player. Today I took my cello out and my D string had come lose for some weird reason. I was just on vacation for 2 weeks. So my D string is lose and I have never ever changed a string in my life. And for those of you who don't play cello, the D string is the one farthest back. And probably the hardest one to change, and I'm trying to salvage the string. So there is that story in a nutshell.
Is there a phobia for being hit in the face from whiplash of a string, especially a thick one?
If you would like to donate to my grand piano fund which has a total of $33.98 please contact me. I'm only joking, kind of.
Self if you didn't know is a real person. Only joking. I have started playing duets with myself. Yay for me. I record myself playing then I play it back. I'm not playing hard duets. They area relatively simple. But I'm having fun.
I want a grand piano. If you would like to donate to a worthy cause please contact me. Only joking, kind of.
Has anyone out there ever tasted Rauhauser's candy? The store is out in New Jersey, and they don't have a website yet. The owners are my grandparents. They make good candy. It's too bad I don't like chocolate.
Today is a good day for practicing violin since today was rainy. Not that I go outside very often anyway. And I've already finished tenth grade. I get to start eleventh grade just after the new year. It's cool being home schooled. :-) (Agree with me all you home schoolers.) I wish I had practiced cello, but I have no cello rosin. :-( I want to get some but I don't have the money. Expensive vacation equals no money. Ha ha.
Here's a new list of the chords I know:
