Here are 2 flyers for the 5 concerts of 2 of my 5 orchestra's this half year.
After this weekend my life will become quiet concerning playing concerts.
The soloist is a 2th violinist of the Rotterdam Philharmonic orchestra http://www.rpho.nl/2006-2007/secties/orkest/musici.php#
The conductor is Hans Leenders www.hansleenders.com
The soloist Lucian Leonard Raiciof is the concertmaster of the Residentieorchestra in The Hague, see http://www.residentieorkest.nl/ro/index-orkestleden.htm and is like the conductor (a former 2th concertmaster of that orchestra)Alexandru Lascae www.lascae.com also born Rumania.
Both conductors conduct also professional orchestra's.

From monday 14 april till 24 april I had every day an orchestral rehearsal (combined with a normal 9-5 job). From 25 april till 29 april 5 days of concerts. Last weekend I had 2 rehaersal weekends of 2 orchestra's (14 and 15 april was also rehaersal weekend). So I missed 1 rehearsalweekend. The other weekend was from a good and serious and high level orchestra. I asked whether I could leave at 14.30, because a former Glazunovsoloist Helbertine
would play some of my favorite composer Henri Vieuxtemps, during 7 minutes (I gave her the music). But the committee was severe. I was not allowed to hear that, otherwise I was not allowed to play the concerts. But the conductor stopped not at 17.00 hour but at 16.00 hour, so I drove fast to the middaychamberconcert of Helbertine about 1 hour and entered the little synagogue just after the break. And she played with a pianist my favorite composer
Here again some photo's I made earlier when I was in the birthplace of Henri Vieuxtemps in Verviers, Belgium, Europe
2 glasses of Vieuxtemps beer
2 pigeons on the statue
1 strange man has put 2 Vieux Tempsbeer bottles on the statue
Henri Vieuxtemps leaning on a desk with his violin
map of Verviers in Belgium, Europe, where I was for those photo's, with places of the grave, the statue and the Rue Henri Vieuxtemps

Because they did not have normal nature ice, because of the climate change the temeprature is too often above 0 Celsius, they are building an artificial ice track of 4,7 km in Biddinghuizen in the Netherlands, the 1th of the world, because a normal artificial ice-oval is 400 m. Yesterday I have seen all the machinery digging for that track that will open in december.

2 days ago I got a Naxos-cd from Hong Kong from Jon Frohnen with the violinconcerto of Heinrich Wilhelm Ernst op.23 and, worldpremiererecording!!, the Concertino of Op.12 of Ernst for violin + orchestra and other pieces of Ernst for violin + orchestra.
I hope to hear those pieces ever in the concerthall or play them with an amateurorchestra once.
