No New Violin, Perhaps a Flute, My Resolution.

December 31, 2007 16:15

Thanks to the advise of many, especially Sung-Duk Song, I have decided not to get the violin yet. : (
I was really looking forward to it, but I guess it would be better to not have it than to get it and regret it.

I can't wait I get to start renting a flute from Cascade Music. (It happens to be the only music store in the area) I hope they have one to rent. Common sense would dictate not to go there until after Christmas break. But I didn't and ended up going before Christms and got a big disappointment. Oh well.

Oh yeah. HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I have a resolution. My resolution is to learn at least 4 more instruments to put me at 15 instruments.

Christmas Is Over, and My New Videos

December 27, 2007 14:10

Well Christmas is over, and the hustle and bustle that gets everyone was excited about quickly was over in a matter of hours. And now I'm writing to you from my new present... You guessed it a brand new laptop! I love it! It's not a violin, but that's ok. I plan on getting a violin soon, before January 7th when the sale at Southwest Strings ends. My sister gave me an MP3 player which I was desperately in need for.

I made a Christmas video based upon some of my youtube.com videos and some piano videos that I video taped for them. They all loved it! One of my grandparents said I should quit my job and play full time. Although I think that they were being polite they didn't have to say that unless they were truely amazed. The rest of my dad's family on the east coast (two aunts, one uncle, and grandparents) all watched it Christmas Eve. They loved it. They all gave me wonderful reviews. One of my aunts is going to Florida for New Years, she was so excited, she said that she would bring my video and watch it again. Then said that she couldn't wait to show her friends! I'm in trouble now. It's like youtube.com but worse, because my relatives will praise it highly. I hope that no one is disappointed.

I want a grand piano, better violin, and a flute. If you would like to donate to any of these funds please e-mail me. Only joking, kind of.

Violin Piano Duet Success

December 24, 2007 08:28

The violin piano duet went well! I was so happy at how it turned out. It was a Christmas medley with about six Christmas songs and it was so pretty. I loved it!
I hope to get my new violin after Christmas! I hope I like it enough and that I can sell my old one. I might have a buyer already.

MERRY CHRISTMAS

December 18, 2007 16:12

Sorry, a lot has been going on these last two weeks since our internet was down I couldn't post my blog. It's been very busy and I'm sure as Christmas gets closer it will get busier.

Community College?

December 3, 2007 22:32

I am still planning on going to PCC, but is a community college a bad place to start? Considering I'm a year ahead in school what I'm thinking of doing is: going to community college while I get some money for PCC then going the year after.
If I do does anyone know if it's still required that I take the SAT or ACT? The community college doesn't require it but PCC does. Will it matter now that I have a year of college under my belt?
I want a grand piano if you would like to donate please email me. Only joking, kind of.
