Thank You - This is For You

April 21, 2008 at 2:03 PM

Thank you for the encouragements and valuable tips for my exam (in the previous video). While I go practice, practise and practice more, I'll put this up for your enjoyment in the meantime.

Even with a simple song like this I managed to slip! But it was fun playing with video editing.

Again, thank you!

Beautifully done. I liked the scratchy film video effect that you used and the nice gently fades from the piano to the violin and back to the violin. The credit roll was timed very nicely. I know how long that it can take to create a nice little video like this. I enjoyed your performance of "Moon River." You did not rush it. It was calming. There were beautiful tones throughout the whole piece. I enjoyed it totally. Thank you.

I can't comment on the technical aspects of making the video, but I can tell you that you made beautiful music that calmed my nerves and made me feel good and relaxed. The idea of playing a duet with yourself was very good, and you pulled it off very well. Bravo!
