I made many (if not all) those mistakes when I was younger. Now, because of my job, I can't afford to make them since I run a tight schedule between work, practice and free time. So, weather I liked it or not, I had to put order into my study sessions and these mistakes disappeared one by one.
One mistake to be added would be:
You don't close your mobile phone and your computer to make sure that nobody will disturb you.
