Just finished these two new small violas (about 15 1/2 inches - 39.6cms.), both sold last week to players of the Gewandhaus Leipzig Orchestra, so my friend Andrès Lepage had no time
to take good photos of them. I had to take the photos myself for the documents, very small humble camera, humble lightining, bad photographer...
Here "Chou-Chou", after Debussy's beloved daughter:
And here "Gaspara Stampa", an Italian Renassance poet and musician:

Wow, those look beautiful. The colors of the wood, the patterns of the grain.... wish I had a viola like that....
Thanks Judith! These are already sold, they are in the GEWANDHAUS LEIPZIG ORCHESTRA, that plays Operas and Bach's music in St. Thomas Church too. I like the idea of having two of my violas played in the Church Bach worked so many years, he is buried there also.
But you can see some other of my instruments with Christopher Landon, Greg Singer and David Segal, they are well known dealers in NYC. There is also another viola with Paul Dulude, in Boston.
If you are ever in the Houston Texas area let me know. I'd love to try one of your violas.
Hi Mendy! You can see my violas in NYC with Christopher Landon, Greg Singer and David Segal, they are well known dealers there. Thanks!
