Like a google-zillion.... (wierdly enough that is a real number... :)

BUT the highestr I have ever seen is 12 position... I saw that in Slevkic study of positions so I say around 12 is a good (and pretty much correct) number...

Different colleges offer different incentives. That's how I ended up at the University of Oklahoma. I don't know if they still offer such a scholarship.
