I use a Galamian-based methodology, and prefer Shirley Givens' Adventures in Violinland series. I focus on mechanics and technique, as well as ear training, keyboard instruction, and theory. I'm currently performing with Maria Allison, Tammy Vollum-Matturo, and Sarah Glaves in various ensembles. I also perform celtic and folk song serenades for banquets and restaurants.
