And I thought Bach was 'bad'.  This is actually very beautiful in a very baroque way - but what gorgeous fiddling - just keeping your place must be a nightmare!  Kudos to the violinist whoever it may be...

To be honest I didn't like the playing much. Too many liberties with the rythm (like romanticising the semiquavers/16th notes) and bulging on the longer notes.

It did not seem a too difficult concerto to me.
