These are busy weeks with a lot of music:
2 concerts + piano Elisabethcompetition + violin national Oskar Back competition.
Last weekend I had a rehearsalweekend for 2 concerts end june. Also I had a general rehearsal last saturdaymorning and a concert sundaymidday.
So only saturdaymidday and sundaymorning I was at the rehearsalweekend. Last week I have been to the 1th round of the Elisabethcompetition piano with a friend and I have bought beer from Congo/Zaire called Temba. Congo was a colony of Belgium and we bought this beer in a shop from someone of Congo.
Also I took 2 days free for the 1th round of the national violin competition Oskar Back, which is every 2 years. From 12 candidates they go back to 6 for the 2th round and 3 for the final.
Next sunday I have a CONCERT IN THE CONCERTGEBOUW with an AMATEUR orchestra.
This concerthall in Amsterdam have 800.000 visitors for classical music. The best visited concerthall in the world with 800!!! concerts every year.
Here a copy of my T-shirt of the Concertgebouw
