Mozartkugel or violinbiscuit with the coffee during the break in the Concerthall?

June 6, 2006 at 10:47 AM

Would you like to get a Mozartkugel (-verzeignis) or violinbiscuit with the coffee during the break in the Concerthall or do you don't care and care more about the music? In the Netherlands there is a new director of the Concertgebouw (39 year) and I sent a mail with this eatingsuggestions to him. I also sent him some drinkingsuggestions like VieuxTemps-beer, Janacek-beer, Saint-Saens-wine and Bach-wine.

I have those Mozart candies!!!! I've eaten a couple of them that someone brought back from Germany but I haven't the heart to destroy the very cool wrapper on at least one of them.

I think I am going to have to write to my cousin in Vienna to ask about those chokolats. They look good.

Actually, somebody aught to start a fundraising campaign whereby a youth orchestra collects them and sends them in pasted on a huge scroll, and gets caaash...or something.

I like your approach to marketing. I hope I can taste some of those Mozart candies some time. Let us know what the new director of the Concertgebouw thinks of your suggestions.
