Janine pointing to something

I have a foto of Janine pointing to a present from her friend and a present from the mother of her friend and her Strad Barrere from 1727. But perhaps she is also pointing to the things below that? Bill is good in compositefoto's,as we know from the Sydney/Oprah-foto, so perhaps he change some things?
