chic for Eric

OK Eric I understand it:But I don't have the copyrights of this foto and I thought that earlier the young owner removed this foto by herself, because she is a bit uncertain about herself, which is normal at that age, so perhaps she will order me to do so the same.

Depending on how one's computer is configured, photos that are part of a web page will be "cached" to make reloading a page faster. Even if it is gone from the website, it will exist in "cache" locally. But it gets lost if there is an update.
Also, it is a minor matter to simply copy the picture when it is there. Bram may have done either thing.
(For a while, I had a very funny photo on my bio...I wonder if anyone has that cached?}
BTW it is a nice picture. I don't understand why you removed it before. Nice violin, too.

Nice composition, the face and the violin body are each centers of attention. There is a diagonal symmetry/juxtaposition between these two "interests." The violin shape is reflected in the scoop lines of the top and this is in harmony with the diagonal symmetry, too. The black outfit keeps the focus on the violin and the violinist, and also mimicks ebony. The smoothness is also very good--it evokes the violins smoothness and curves (as opposed to ruffled, or textured, or patterned, or squared).
Your smile is great--it is like Mona Lisa in a way--sort of mysterious--somewhere between a smile and a frown--that adds a tension which is good. It is neutral/positive but with just enough mystery.
Downsides of the composition: The right hand is missing--coud it be a mirror of the scroll head? The armchair and the window in the background are a bit distracting--If I were to paint it, I would leave them out. I don't know what to do about the wall color--that migh be just fine--is it a neutral go-between between the violin's orange color and your blond hair?
So, re-do the shot, (as you say--with your braces off now) and clean up the details, and you've got a winner. You might also want to get the lighting a bit more "dynamic" rather than a fairly harsh "flash"--that is what seems to be the difference between "pro" and "amateur" photos.
That, and a good job on Bruch just might get you a recording contract! :-)

Poor Eric, he must have been like "WHAT?! I never said that!!" So, I apologize to you, Eric for (indirectly) putting you in an awkward situation.
Bram, I still think that you are to blame for putting that up again, but I forgive you.
Lastly, I apologize to all of violinist.com for ever putting that picture up in the first place. Hey, we could start something along the lines of a violinist.com soap opera! Tune in for more drama next week on... VIOLINIST.COM!
