So that was my first recital. That wasn't so bad now, was it? It was definitely the least nervous that I've ever been during a performance, all 45 minutes of it. I found it helps a lot to know that your audience loves you. Thanks, Mamma and Daddy.
We saved you folks some goods. George's chicken cashew salad's in the fridge. Grab some coffee, Jim, the chocolate almond hazelnut biscotti is yours.
Peanut butter bars:
2 C graham cracker crumbs
2 C powdered sugar
1 C peanut butter
3/4 C melted butter (or so)
You add the melted butter last, and just until it packs well into a 9 X 13 pan. Top with a melted mixture of 1 1/2 C chocolate chips and 1 T butter.
Those peanut butter bars are stupid easy, but of all the recipes I've used with the public over the years, that's the most highly requested dessert. I kinda resent them for it, but they're still pretty good.

Table? That's the floor. We have no problem keeping the grooves clean, what with three dogs and all.
