Old age? Me?? Life is fairly routine , now retired. Arise, coffee, avoid the TV news cause nothing good ever exists, listen to some music, more coffee, shower etc. then the violin and viola fun for about three to four hours. Bach and scales every morning.
So, why when I put the Millant to chin is my left shoulder in agony? Never has this ever been a thought much less a reality.Hmmmm, I try it again...pain. I'm no cry baby but it really hurts.
Then I think, what did I do to deserve this. Ah yes, I changed the snow tires yesterday afternoon. Yet another reason to hate winter.
Listen to some Sibelius and you will like winter again! For the shoulder, ice and anti-inflammatories perform MIRACLES. And maybe 1 day of rest...
Good luck!
