INFO ON VIOLIN BOW POSSIBLY FRANZ WINKLER

Hello All,

I rescued a violin bow...

It was without hair, missing ivory tip, no plug, silver wire wrap was half missing and half frayed and the bow grip was pretty sad too. The wizards at Moennig & Son in Philly got out their defibrillator and brought it back to life. It is perfectly straight and remarkably well balanced. Now, the branding is very faint ...looks like it might say " WINKLER" with a "feathered arrow" pointing to the name. I have checked the Henley book...Any info would be GREATLY appreciated
