Happy Birthday to me

June 3, 2006 at 8:27 PM

It's my birthday today. I turned 57 which (according to Directors Guild Of America statistics) is average longavity of a 1st Assistant Director/Production Manager member.
But I don't give a damn... Tomorrow I am going to Gemeni Birthday party in Oxnard, attended by a bunch of old friends from all over. They are all old hippies and I will play my violin for them - my 4-th time playing in public...
My brother surprised me with a great gift - an 200 watts Barbetta 211 amplifier and I hope the hippies will enjoy 25 or so jazz standards I will play for them (accompanied by BAND in the Box computer program)
