Conservatory Nacional de Musica de Mexico

March 4, 2006 at 4:01 PM

Good day everyone. I feel much better about music and the violin and music in general. I am no longer doing Music Education. I am going on the performance track. Here, I'm majoring in Music and quite possibly Spanish. I'll have a minor in Spanish at the least. My violin teacher actually thought my decision was a good one because she could see me working in the private sector for music. She had had a wonderful suggestion. She suggested I major in Spanish and do a semester in Mexico and see if I can study music at the music conservatory in Mexico City. I liked that idea and looked up the music school. Unfortunately, the website was entirely in Spanish and I'm no where near fluent in Spanish so I didn't quite understand the entire the website but I did understand a lot of it.

Is there a particular part of the website you need help with? If so, I'll be happy to translate. Studying in Mexico would be wonderful!

Yes it would. I have a friend who is fluent in Spanish here, she studied music and Spanish like I'm planning, thanks for the offer though, but I think I got the gist of the website.
