PAITEN INTERNATIONAL MUSIC COMPETITION

November 11, 2012 13:53

We are pleased to announce the first Paiten International Music Competition, to be held June 12-19, 2013. PIMC is open to violinists, violists, cellists and pianists aged 16 to 28 from all nationalities. The inaugural PIMC will be held in the Magic Valley area of Idaho, USA.

Complimentary Housing and a Travel Stipend will be awarded to all participants.

In order to keep the judging process fair, each instrument will only compete and against itself (for example, violinists will only compete against violinists and so forth). The exception being that the GRAND PRIZE will be awarded to one musician overall; same for second, third, fourth and the special prizes.
