Video Editing

October 23, 2007 10:52

I have just started a video of my church teen group and I'm editing it on Adobe Premiere Elements 3.0 But I need some tips from video editers out there perhaps. Or some amateurs who know something. Anything will help I really want this to be a sucess. And my library doesn't have any good books on it. Thanks.

Job Interview? No, Not Really.

October 19, 2007 12:36

I had a job interview yesterday. :-( But it wasn't really. I applied to store and when I applied online it said to set up the interview. So I did. Then when I got there they said that I should have waited for someone to call, and that the lady who does the interviews was on vacation. Of course when my friend applied there a couple months ago the lady who does the interviews wasn't there. How frustrating. They've had a "Now Hiring" sign up for so long. I wonder why?

YHMC!

October 13, 2007 19:40

The Yakima Home Mission's Conference is over. I had lots of fun got preached at and got to play a special! It was with my friend Michael, Jed, and Josh; my newly met friend Prince. Here's what instruments we played:
Me: Mandolin
Michael: Guitar
Jed: Guitar
Prince: Mandolin
Josh: Harmonica

It was cool:me, Michael, and Josh got to play a lead line. And the other two got to play back up but Jed can play pretty good mandolin and guitar way better than me.We later recorded that afternoon without Jed but hopefully I'll get a copy of it and post with Michael's permission of course.

Life in General

October 5, 2007 16:46

School, which is now on the third day, is going well. I am already finished with my first semester of Bible. Yay for me!

Is anyone out there getting rid of a descent flute, that you wouldn't mind giving away? I know this is a long shot, but it's worth a try.

Piano lessons are also going well. Although I'm still struggling with the classical pieces. Maybe some of you can give me some tips on how you pracice classical pieces.

On a more fun note. I got to see the new Fastastic Four movie. Which I liked. I guess I'm pretty immature at heart. LOL! Athough I think I found an inaccuracy. If you don't want hear this then stop reading. When Johnny trades powers with the three other memebers why did he keep his powers? In every other instance the other person he traded with got his powers, but at the end he kept his powers. Maybe I am thinking about this wrong. I hope I'm right.

I want a grand piano, if you would like to donate please e-mail me. Only joking, kind of.

Rubik's Cube

October 1, 2007 18:36

I'm sorry, I have this bad habit of getting off topic... but I have just been able to solve a Rubik's Cube in 1 minute 16 seconds. YAY! My personal best. Now I'm working on it one-handed.
