My violin e string is down to a b. How it got there I don't know.
I've learned a lot more ukulele chords. Too many new ones to remember I just know them.
I love Starbucks coffee. I don't really like like coffee though, only if it has a whole bunch of extra stuff to drown out the coffee flavor.
I must ask forgiveness. I thought I had to play the washboard actually it's the washtub. I didn't know there was a differance. Sorry.
Bear with me thorugh this story. One lady in my church came up to me and asked me if I'd help out with the 2007 Christmas program for our church. There is two scenes. The first is a snowy country side. The other is a cowboy theme. She wants me to learn how to play the WASHBOARD!!!!!!!!!!!!! Of all things. I did a little research, the washboard is very similar to a drum. Kind of. Our church is very consevative. We only play the old hymns and we use a piano, clarinet, and violin. (That's our small orchestra.) Since she is elderly, I don't what to do. Help please. I've considered asking if I could do the fiddle. But I'm not sure what she really wants.
If you refer to my August Blog: Evil English Report. I stated I loved teaching my new student. I officially don't. He always goofs off, never pays attention, and never listens to what I say. I have been testing him, here are the test results:
70
80
70
80
55
36
It's not me, because I teach pretty good, and I review before every test everything on the test. (I wrote these tests.)
Does anyone else have problems with their students? What do you do about it?
Dear Richard:
I found this paragraph on the internet.
The intelligence quotient (IQ) is a measuring instrument for intellectual talent. The term was coined by the German psychologist and philosopher Wilhelm Stern (1871-1938) in 1912. The IQ is determined by the intelligence age (I A) in relation to the life age (L A) of the respective person. In standardized tests (IQ-tests), in which the general intelligence is tested, the I A is determined. The IQ can thus be calculated with the formula IQ = (I A/L A)*100. The analysis is done with the help of IQ scales which can, however, differ from each other. Thus the Americans for example use scales which admit IQ values of far more than 200. Thus the mean value of most scales is an IQ of 100. This value represents a normal talent. When indicating the respective IQ the used IQ scale which was used has to be indicated, too.

Our Cd planning is going well. We have yet to work out many small details, like the trio name. I wish we'ed work these out. The biggest one is where are we going to record. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
85 days left and
or
2,040 hours left
or
122,400 minutes left
or
7,344,000 seconds left and counting.
Are these figures correct? I don't think there are enough minutes.
Does learning music really make one smarter? According to an internet IQ test my IQ was 150ish. I play eight instruments. Do they have anything to do with each other?
My hiking pics from last year. Beautiful lake.
How would one go about getting permission to use a song?
I love playing violin. Do you? Or is more of a hobby?
Here's a picture of me at the capitol. I am not playing this piano. I don't think anyone is allowed to.
It's the New Year. Yay. I don't know what's instore for me, but whatever it is it must be good. The otherday my dad's friend bought me a set of D'Addario Zyex strings. Since mine were just about a year old I didn't complain. So hopefully this is a good sign.
