Finally set the shelves up in my music room. Retrieved one third of my sheet music from the mover's boxes. The rest will follow over the weekend. I love the sound of my violin in the wooden house.

My 40th birthday - over the hill!

On this important day I finally figured out that login to http://www.violinist.com won't work without allowing cookies. Now it finally works and I have added my two cents worth to some discussion threads. To me, another important step in my "career" as an amateur violinist/violist/fiddler.

Recently bought a house (log-cabin) in a bucolic valley and can now practise as long and as late as I want.

Life is good!
