November 2004

Grey, drizzly, foggy November has arrived. A perfect time to light a crackling wood fire and practise with no more light than just the lamp on top of the music stand on.

Preparation for Christmas concerts have started at both my orchestras and I'm looking forward to those events.

My teacher has given me a very special Christmas present: We are working on Bach a minor since three weeks and started with Mozart's G major last Thursday. Great music - quite a challenge for me, but very rewarding.
