Baby on the Way and other crazy ventures

My due date is the week after music festival (which I will not be able to attend) and in which 18 students of mine are entered. The kids are on their own this year as I am pretty much on bed rest most days.

A couple weeks after my duedate we start building our new house! Oh, and I just subdivided some land and am selling it and my existing house.

If you could see it, you would drool with me over my new Yamaha C2 baby grand. It cost more than my violin (youch!) but is SO worth it. This piano bench is the only hard surface my pregnant bum is willing to suffer on for hours a day. That's saying something.

My gosh, what a time...

April 8, 2008 at 10:49 PM · Congratulations, Rhiannon! My son was born May 23, 2003, and I remember what it was like to be very pregnant around this time of year. Now he's running around, learning to read already, and looking forward to turning 5. The time goes so fast . . .

April 9, 2008 at 07:38 PM · Today I washed baby clothes which I used 7 years ago with my son, Ryan. It is surreal to see these tiny little garments again out of storage! I am nesting like crazy and can hardly wait to meet this little person! And yes, the time does go by so quickly. My son amazes me each day with how mature he has become.
