Send Me

August 4, 2007 at 1:45 PM

There are only about a million retirement homes that would love to hear your favorite violin pieces.

I have visited these shut ins at Christmas with the Salvation Army handing out presents. Over half would see me come into their room and raise up in bed and say, "Oh, Jim you finally came to see me. I have wanted you to visit for so long. I'm glad you came!"

My name is Bob, ... but for a moment ... I held their hand ... and was Jim.

This is one of the most beautiful entries I have read here. Thank you to all those Jims - because it is you, who make this world a better place!
