Amazingly, everything has cleared up. The creeks are still running, but the flash flooding has pretty much gone down.
However, another storm is supposed to come in today or tomarrow.
At the moment, the violin seems like an impossible instrument to play... Oh well, I'll get over it...
Happy Holidays!
Tomarrow,, I have an audition (flute) for one of the high school bands. I hope it goes ok.
Next Monday, I have my first lesson with my latest new teacher. I hope it goes better than last time.

I love performances like this, they are so much fun. We got to bank one a little early and had to move the orchestra three times before we could start. Because of the location, the audience surronded us on all sides. There was one man standing right behind me who kept looking over my shoulder at my music. Then he would tell his friend how good our concertmaster was. That was a little distraction. We only played for half an hour, but it was really fun!
By the way, did I mention I love the violin!!!
