A violin thanksgiving

April 25, 2012 17:25

Long day. Sweaty, 4:30pm. 75 mile to drive home. Traffic merciful. Dinner prep work. Dog fed, walked. Showered off the day. Look up. I have 30 minutes to practice. Opened case, smiled, grateful. Just done. New mood, better.

I know this is the shortest blog ever, but the violin is a godsend even for a late in life beginner. What a wonderful wooden box. I knew my vfriends would understand. Thanks for listening.

All the best to you all from Texas.
