Last night was the most amazing night of my life...I went to a Joshua Bell concert, and I couldn't believe my ears...I could barely breathe throughout the entire performance. I have no real words that can describe how it was. It was the most amazing performance I have ever seen in my life. His violin was the deepest most beautiful sounding instrument I have ever heard. The concert made me fall in love with the violin a thousand and a half times over. It really made me believe that I might one day have a life in music. I might not be the best right now, or even very good compared to some of the great musicians out there, but one day I will be. I bought this pendant during intermission that reminded me of his violin. I knew I had to have something to remember that glorious night by. I put it on a white gold chain and I will wear it for a very long time, lol.

I couldn't take my eyes off of Joshua Bell. The manipulation of his bow, his amazing vibrato, every bow stroke was like....I dont even have any words left, lol. It was just completely, utterly, amazingly fantastic in every sense of the word. It inspired me, changed my thoughts, my ideas, my plans for the future, basically everything about me was changed because of this performance. I have never had music move me like this.
And so today I picked up my violin with Joshua Bell's performance in mind, and some words of advice from my friend Vernon Kirby who also uses this site, and I played the Mozart violin concert no.4 in D major (the peice I am currently working on but was having trouble with) and I played like I hae never played before...For some reason..I played through the entire peice PERFECTLY, and didn't even realize that I used to have trouble with it till I finished. Then...I decided to take a chance and sight read some concertos for fun and see what else I could do, and I played through a lot of the Tchaikovsky concerto, the Mendhelsohn concerto, and many more that I just randomly picked out and read. Well..I am going to go, I want to practice more, lol. bye bye
