Sorry It's Been so Long

August 11, 2006 20:47

Well, I'm back to this blog. I haven't written in here for a long time but I've checked the blog sections everyday. Violin is going much better than a month ago and I think I will be ready for my audition in 2weeks and 6 days. I really only have one excerpt that needs to still be brought up to tempo but the rest are basically there. I am also going to do a different concerto, I haven't worked on the Vieuxtemps all summer so I decided to do the St. Saens instead, since I've been working on the 2nd mvt. I'm also working the the 3rd Sonata in C-Major, the largo and Allegro Assai. I may have one more piece but I don't know. I would like to do a show piece but I don't want to put myself of overload. I've decided to go for quality over quantity this year, no matter what Virginia says. I know I need training more like a conservatory if I want to make it into one for grad school. Well, that's it for now. Have a fabulous day!!
