I am sad to be back at work today as reality hits and LIFE begins again. The weather was perfect for our annual girls only trip to the beach although unseasonably cool the last day. We rented bikes and walked the beach twice a day, so I was able to work off a few of the zillion calories I consumed. The panhandle beaches of Florida are some of the prettiest in the country and October is ideal for vacationing there. I really did not want to leave :(
I didn't take my violin this year and have several new pieces of music to learn for the two groups I play with. Church orchestra rehearsal is tonight so I plan to race home after school and cram as much practice in as I can muster before heading out. My violin always lets me know that it hasn't been played in a few days. Squawk!
