My 4th finger is the busiest of them all!

August 18, 2011 at 8:46 PM

I have noticed recently, that my poor 4ht finger is doing overtime! Normally in 1st position, say on the E string, the 1st finger handles F natural and F#. 2nd finger handles G natural and G#. 3rd finger takes care of A natural and B flat, while the 4th finger hits B natural, C natural. Well my poor 4th finger is now hitting (perfectly I might add), high 3rd notes as well as all it's normal notes. For the so called weakest finger, it sure is doing a lot of work!
