Getting students in Southern California?

April 18, 2010 at 10:15 PM

I may be moving to Irvine, CA in the next year or two.  I'm wondering how the student population is out there, and if I'll be able to sustain myself with a private studio of approximately 30 students in fairly short order?  Who/where do I go for that?  Here in MI, I teach at a store, and pay them $5 per half-hour in room rent, and they do my recruiting (mostly) for me.  Is there somewhere like that that anyone knows about?
