Get Well Soon

That’s my message to me.

I’ve hardly written in my blog at all this summer, in fact, only twice this month. This has not been intentional. I have lots of things in my mind that I’d like to write about. Unfortunately, I’ve been dealing with health issues. I’ve been in pain, and I’ve been very tired. I’ve gone to several specialists, each of whom runs tests on me, but nobody seems to understand what’s going on. The whole experience has been a bit scary. This week I started an intensive course of treatment involving exercises and soft tissue manipulations. I will go for treatment three times a week for a month and then taper down for another month. I’m impressed with my doctor. Several of the things he’s done have made me feel better already. I hope I’ll continue to improve. When I get a little more energy, I’ll start writing blogs again. I have a lot to say.
