I went to orchestra rehearsal Wednesday night for the first time in over two months. That was way too long. I was in withdrawal. It was so good to see many of my friends again. We worked on Caucasian Sketches. The second violin part was "dull as dishwater," as one of the second violinists said. I'm going to like playing Mozart's 40th. The second violins actually get to play some melody! A welcome change.
