Perspectives

March 27, 2008 at 4:42 AM

This is weird - I"m in Toronto right now, visiting my friend Carol Gimbel and getting ready to hear the Classical Music Consort play its final concert of the 2007-2008 season.

Two and one half years ago I didn't know if I would live or die, and today I left the United States for the first time since 1998.

Time to meditate - but there will soon be an interview with Ashiq Aziz, music director of this ensemble.

It's good to leave the U.S. and it's good to come back. Have a good and safe trip and bring us back more stories. : )
