The only thing worse than waking up to barking dogs at 7am, is not wakin up at all. My dogs are so spoiled it's unbelievable. Seven 'O Clock in the morning!! I am not a very pretty person in the morning, especially when I get woken up because the neighbor opens his door and the dogs hear it and go bezerk. Oh well.

My husband picked the next piece he wants me to play. It's very beautiful. You'll never guess what it is. The love theme from the Godfather but Nino Rota. I know it's supposed to be an orchestra piece, but the violin solo is what he wants to hear. So if that's what he wants that's what he'll get! :)

Allegro is coming along. I think in a few more days I'll be able to retire this one and move on. My mother wants to hear it when we go back home. Yikes.

Last night was a good night. Matt (my husband) and I went pawn shopping. We found a guitar that he loved, a few books and a couple of movies. They also had a beautiful oak dining room table for $50. It seats 6 and it's brand new in the packaging. Since we don't have a dining room table yet, I sort of sweet talked Matt into 'thinking about it'. The book that I bought was Message in a Bottle by Nicholas Sparks. I absolutely love Nicholas Sparks. I started reading it in the car yesterday and I couldn't put it down.
After we had our exciting pawn shopping event, Matts' friends (my newly found friends) came over for pizza and a movie. It ended up being 2 pizzas and a movie and a half because everyone was hungry and tired. After we got our fill of Little Caesar's, we kept dropping out like flies. One by one we fell asleep. I had fun though. It was nice to talk to someone new.
