Played viola with my "Thursday orchestra" for the first time - now that I've the alto clef mostly down it is finally possible. We played a suite by Telemann, a gorgeous Andante for flute and orchestra by Mozart - great solo by our American flutist/oboist and then we wrapped it up with an arrangement of "Funiculi, Funicula". Tone repetitions about tone repetitions. Easy actually, once you get into the groove and a lot of fun! Sadly, this was the last rehearsal for this saison. Now what am I going to do after my violin lesson for the rest of summer ;-)
