Crappy day at work - most hectic and stressful.
Finally got out and drove to my violin teacher - with a traffic jam making me even more late; and then the amazing power of relaxation music has - even if it is demanding and requires effort and concentration.
Worked on "Zebulon Dance" by Didier Lockwood and the Franck violin sonata.
Short break at an Italian restaurant for a salad and a glass of red wine.
Orchestra rehearsal with works of Richard Trunk (serenade) and Kammerlohr.
Our American professional (flute, oboe) was there, too and so the whole day at least had a happy ending.
