MAKE A VIOLIN AT HOME?

I'm hoping that some of you have heard about the 15 DVD series called "When Trees Sing". Its a step by step instruction guide of violin making. Does anybody have it yet, and what is it like? I am thinking of getting it. I saw the little preview for it on Peter Prier's website.
