It has been two months tomorrow since I posted a blog entry. It's been a busy time. Last month we went to Maine to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday, and it was lovely. We stayed at the Kennebunk Inn in Kennebunk, a 200 year old house that was turned into an inn about 90 years ago. We ate lots of lobster, made the requisite visit to LL Bean in Freeport, visited with a cousing of my late mother's (all her family are in New England) and I discovered something called "Punkinfiddle" in the town of Wells. This festival was started to foster the stewardship of estuaries and includes many crafts, a lot of food, and of course, fiddlin'. That was on my birthday/anniversary, so from there we went to Portland for a wonderful lobster dinner. This entry has been archived and is no longer accepting comments.
