Thanks - I really enjoyed the article and video.
Thanks so much for posting that and making more people aware of it. I've read Isaac Stern's autobiography and wrote about it in my blogs of June 16, 2006 and July 6, 2006, and I've also seem From Mao to Mozart, courtesy of Netflix. I would give both the book and the DVD my highest recommendations. If you can possibly get one or both of them, please do.
BTW, I couldn't get the video in the NY Times to play.
