2013 Creative Strings Workshop

Hey fellow string players! I wanted extend a friendly invitation to everyone here who is interested in learning more about how to improvise. Christian Howes, a legendary jazz violinist, will be hosting the 10th Annual Creative Strings Workshop at Otterbein College, Columbus, Ohio July 1-6, 2013.

You'll be able to learn from and perform alongside world class teaching artists Christian Howes, Billy Contreras, Jason Anick, Hamilton Hardin, Cedric Easton, Alex Hargreaves and Greg Byers. This amazing learning opportunity will be an unforgettable and inspiring week of improvisational music filled with rehearsals, masterclasses and concerts in jazz, fiddle styles, blues, rock and more.
