What can things can I do to become better at the violin?

Hi, I was wondering if you know any exercises to help me become better at the violin. I'm willing to practice 3-4 hours a day, I just want to become good. I have a teacher, but I want to know of anymore things I can practice (I'm in the middle of Suzuki 3, I can't vibrato, I'm intermediate, I'm getting the hang of 3rd position) I'm also learning different styles: fiddle/folk/bluegrass along with classical. I think I'm more passionate for bluegrass and fiddle style of music. But I still love classical and still want to be classically trained. I don't know what I want to do with my life, but I was thinking of maybe playing violin in an Indie Band someday. Music is one of my passions, along with others. But playing in a band makes me happy to thinking about it, (I'm 16 btw) People would think it's too late for me to becoming good enough for that. But I might as well try, right? I have a friend who is great at the violin, I'm so jealous. I don't admit it though, I just can't help these feelings. I'm just sick of feeling sorry for myself and I want to do something about it. Thanks so much for reading!
