If all goes well, I'll be writing my next blog right from here:

I have arrived in Beijing today safe and sound. The opening concert was a great success. Meeting the world best young violinists in-person (and their parents) is such a treat. They are all so nice and humble!

I’m quite exhausted after the concert as I had to walk back to the hotel because finding a taxi proved to be impossible. Will report back once I’ve got a decent night sleep.
