I would have written something in here sooner but there has been very little to write lately. Violinistically, I haven't been able to accomplish much; my old archenemy That Darn Old Bowing Wrist Injury has reared its ugly head again and kept me from doing hardly anything...including playing the violin for any length of time. Out of desperation I've finally begun practicing in ten-minute increments, which I was sure was going to get me nowhere... But surprisingly, severely restricting the time that I'm actually playing leads to much more productive practice. Honestly, who would have thought? I accomplish more in ten minutes than I used to do in an hour. Try it sometime...you might be pleasantly surprised at what you accomplish!
