Because she is an exceptional, precocious five year old, Mom wanted to see what she could do with a violin even though her hands and arms are not straight and she is very small for her age.Her new teacher showed her all the strings and notes on a computer program and then showed her the bow and violin holds.
At the end of her first lesson the teacher then asked her if she could play a G for her, which K___ immediately did. The teacher looked at Mom and smiled. "I think she has a photographic memory."
