So, yesterday I had an interesting lesson -
3 octave major and minor scales
Kreutzer 2 and 8
Sevcik double stops 52 and 53
Concerto in G Major (Rieding)

Anyway, after an hour and a half of working on the bowings in the concerto, my teacher ended up complementing my playing (not a common occurance); that was nice.

Regional auditions are a week from today, so is a Mozart Festival that I'm playing in.

At the high school, we are playing a horrid jazz piece (yuck!), and some other fun, simple pieces.

Also, I've started teaching my mom to play piano - thats kinda fun.

Thats all for now... except, I finally got my school schedule changed so I can be in band. It was so much fun, and the rest of the flute line in really nice. So now my class are as follow:
Chem
TA music history (work in music librbry)
Orchestra
Band
1st lunch
2nd lunch
PreCalc
Pre AP English - BritLit

I can't say that I'm complaning...
