I saw the Phoenix Symphony (and Phoenix Boys Choir) last night. It was really fun! I went with one of my best friends (who also plays violin) and we were sitting in the front row right infront of the violins. That was really neat, cause we had a great view of the firsts, and basses. And the conductor was greas, very annimated. He conducted the first piece with out the score. It was funny to watch him glare at someone or a section, then they would play something, and he would start grining (perhaps inside joks from rehersal).
It was a great reminder of why I play violin.
