Last night was so much fun! We played on the largest stage in town to an almost full house. (we didn't sound great, but thats a differest story)

Because this was a fine arts student showcase, there was a theater troop before us. They played in front of the curtain while we set up (on stage) behind the curtain. They were doing a stage combat show, so there were all these strange sounds (swords, slaps, screams, and such) that we could hear, but we couldn't see the action. So the entire Orchestra was sitting there trying not to laugh and be rude.

Also I noticed (more so than in the past) the competitiveness between Orchestras, Bands, and Choirs.

Overall it was a really fun show!
