I went to NYC for the first time on Sunday. My mom was surprised because usually I hate giant, smelly cities with an overbearing population. However, I loved it. I walked down the streets as if Ihad lived there for years. I went to an amazing violin maker named Gregory Wylie who rehaired my bow. I got an exclusive tour of CNN. (Wonderful, I so want to work or intern there.) I met many AP reporters and business news execs. And I saw a lot of movies. I was so sad to leave.
Pretty cool! But life at school has started again. Right now, I am writing almost six stories for the next issue of the student newspaper, eight essay for english classes, 5 pieces for communication classes and many essays for summer internships and workshops. I am practicing about five hours a day in order to prepare for two upcoming recitals and a masterclass, and I go to all of my four hundred thousand classes including work and have limited my recreation. (Sorry, Tom, I tried.)
What a life! Great, I love it. GOODTIMES.
Now I know you exaggerate, as you are only allowed to take 399,999.5 classes — including audits.
Glad you are having a great time — sleep is highly over-rated.
